You're not choosing between "inside" and "one small seating area", you've got space that works however you want to use it. 

Two bedrooms means this works properly. Grandkids stay over without anyone on a sofa bed. Friends visit for the weekend without it feeling tight. Or it's just the two of you with a room that stays a room - no folding anything away.

There's always something happening -entertainment for the kids, activities running through the day, places to eat when you can't be bothered cooking. The kind of setup where children make friends in the first hour and you see them at mealtimes. Beach access when you want the coast. Pool when the weather turns. Enough going on that nobody's bored, but your private pitch means you've got somewhere to retreat to when you've had enough of it all. 

Close enough to Bridlington when you want a proper day out. Far enough away that you're not dealing with the crowds unless you choose to.
